Sorry about the D2 Division not going off as planned, we did not foresee the lack of local talent wanting to jump in. In an effort to get it rolling again we're going to open it up to PSP & USPL D2 players. The new rules will allow for up to 5 D2 PSP or USPL players per roster.
In addition we will be tightening up the D3 roster limits to allow for no more than 1 single D2 player.
